ATTENTION - TCB
Customers using COX High-Speed Internet:
Some regions using COX as their Internet service provider may be
having problems sending outgoing TCB hosted mail. If you are having this
problem please follow the instructions outlined below:
1. Find the specific addresses of your
(outgoing) COX mail servers in the chart below, based on the state in
which you receive service:

2. Within your mail client, open the
properties dialog for mail account. The example shown below is Outlook
Express.

3. The items highlighted above are the
only things you will need to change.
- Outgoing mail (SMTP) = type the name
of your regional SMTP from the chart in Step 1.
- Outgoing Mail Server / My server
requires authentication = Make sure this item is UNCHECKED.
4. Click Apply
5. Click OK
6. Test your settings by sending an email
from the email account you just modified.
