+ Position Title: Network Technician

Responsibilities:
Consult and advise customers on their computer and network needs.
Help customers troubleshoot issues with workstations, servers and peripheral devices
Schedule service tickets and escalate issues as needed
Provide front end support in a wide array of technical areas from configuration of workstations to configuration and management of servers and network infrastructures
Travel in the DC Metropolitan area and after hours work as needed

Requirements:
Honesty and Integrity in all dealings
At least basic knowledge of TCP/IP networking and DNS
Working knowledge of Windows XP Pro, Windows 7 and Windows 8
Experience working with desktop and laptop hardware
Experience troubleshooting and resolving software, OS and application errors
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong work ethic and ability to contribute to the growth of a small company
Eager to learn about new hardware and software technologies
1-2 years of professional computer troubleshooting experience is required
Experience in an IT managed services role is preferred

The ideal candidate will be dedicated to delivering extraordinary customer service, is expert at selling IT services to small and medium-sized commercial businesses, and has a track record of performing above expectations. The objective of the position is to expand TCB’s sales of IT managed services and cloud solutions.

Responsibilities:
Generate leads and develop relationships with new customers
Manage and write proposals for new business services
Coordinate with Engineers and Technicians to deploy solutions
Network with partners and local business community to expand sales

Requirements:

TCB, Inc., an established leader in IT Managed Services for over 20 years, has an immediate opening for a Sales Lead Development Representative to expand TCB’s sales of IT managed services and cloud solutions in the Northern Virginia, MD, and D.C. markets. The ideal candidate will be adept at all facets of the sales process from lead generation through account development, including canvassing and cold calling. As a Sales Lead Development Representative, you will be responsible for lead management, list building, and outreach to prospects via both outbound and inbound activities. You will carry out presales activities to develop a high-quality lead funnel focusing on small to mid-sized companies. You will be the first point of contact with potential TCB prospects.

Responsibilities:
Conduct high volume prospecting through canvassing, cold calling, and networking referrals for TCB’s managed services and cloud solutions for the purpose of setting up qualified sales meetings
Demonstrate an understanding of TCB’s added value and advantages and be able to communicate these effectively to prospects
Be organized and input all activity on company contact management system
Set appointments for follow-up contact with TCB
Represent TCB at corporate events when required
Position reports to the Vice President of Sales and Business Development
